Simon C. Page is a British graphic designer known for creating geometric graphic designs that, quoting the New York Times, “betray Page’s math-nerd” origins. Indeed, although interested in design from an early age, Page pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics. Page got a job in finance after finishing school, but he found himself using graphic design to create corporate presentations.
How so much has changed! London-based Page now creates logos, editorial illustrations, prints and textile designs for global brands. Page designed promotional posters for the International Year of Astronomy (IYA) and the International Year of Chemistry (IYC). His uncluttered aesthetic and reductive, Swiss and Bauhaus-influenced style appeals to scientific and non-scientific communities alike, with his beautiful Cuben Series continuing to flourish and be snapped up worldwide.
